I had a great run last night! So proud of myself- Did 4x400's (run .25 miles, walk .25-repeat) total was 2 miles and I did it in 28 minutes. 13:40 minute mile pace! I was suppose to do strength training tonight but time got away from me and I probably chose something way worse (the grand opening of Sweet Ce Ce's frozen Yogurt and it was FREE tonight) Oh well..I'll make up for it tomorrow when I do my 3 miler and maybe arms. Can't decide if I want to wake up extra early or leave school on time and try to do it quick after school before Derek's bowling league (I like to go with him because my bestie friend/running partner in crime is on his team with her husband and another one of their friends. I'm just the cheerleader.haha.
